S'Mores Popcorn Recipe
This delicious twist on classic popcorn will satisfy your sweet tooth. The combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers is ideal for movie night or any other occasion.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pop the popcorn kernels according to package directions and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup until the sugar is dissolved.
- Toss the popcorn in the mixture to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the popcorn out.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from the oven and top with the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted and the marshmallows have turned golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving after removing from the oven.
