  • Stir the mixture constantly for 5-7 minutes, or until it thickens and turns a darker brown color.
  • Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat it evenly.
  • Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt to taste.
  • Bake the popcorn for 10-15 minutes, or until the caramel has set, in a preheated 300°F oven.
