Sweet Golden Popcorn Recipe
This Sweet Golden Popcorn is a delectable treat ideal for movie nights or snacking. The honey and butter combination gives the popcorn a sweet and savory flavor that is sure to please.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup honey
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn in a large bowl using your preferred method.
- Melt the butter and honey together in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Drizzle the butter and honey mixture over the popcorn and thoroughly mix to coat all of the kernels.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the popcorn out.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, in a preheated 300°F oven.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving after removing from the oven.
