Salted Egg Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 salted egg yolks, mashed
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter

- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Stir in the mashed salted egg yolks, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- Stir in the popcorn kernels to coat them with the butter mixture.
- Cover the pot with a lid and gently shake it to coat all of the kernels with the mixture.
- Shake the pot every 30 seconds until the popping sound stops.
- Remove the pot from the heat and continue shaking it for a few seconds until the popping stops.
- Serve the popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
